GENERAL TERMS OF CONSULTORIA DE INNOVACION Y FINANCIACION, S.L. The use of services or their contracting in iplusf.com implies the acceptance of the following general terms:

1.Acceptance and availability of the General Contracting Terms; by accepting this contract, you declare:

   - That you are  a person  who has reached the age of majority and with the capacity to contract, 
   - That you have read and accept these general terms.

These general terms (from now on, “the General Terms”), rule the legal relationship that derives from the hiring process conducted among users-customers (from now on, “the Customers”) of the website CONSULTORÍA DE INNOVACIÓN Y FINANCIACIÓN located in the URL http://www.iplusf.com owned by CONSULTORÍA DE INNOVACIÓN Y FINANCIACIÓN, S.L (from now on, “iplusf.com”). The Customers accept the General Terms since they use or acquire any product. This document can be printed and stored by the Customers. Imasefe.es makes available both the phone number +34 914 445 900 and the e-mail address comunicacion@iplusf.com, so they can express any doubt about the General Terms.

1. Applicable rules These General Terms are subject to the legal requirements of the following laws: Law 7/1998 April 13, about General Contracting Terms, the Law 26/1984 July 19, for the Defense of Consumers and Users , the Royal Decree 1906/1999 December 17, 1999, which regulates the Electronics and Telephonic hiring in general conditions, the Organic Law 15/1999 December 13 on Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996 January 15, on regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 July 11, on Services for Society of information and Electronic Trade.

2. Changes to the General Terms, Imasefe.es may change the General Terms and must notify it to the Customers in advance, in order to improve the services and products offered by iplusf.com. Changing the General Terms set forth on the website of iplusf.com, means that the duty of notification is fulfilled. In any case, before using the services or hiring products, the General Terms can be consulted.

3. Intellectual property, the contents provided by iplusf.com are subject to the rights of intellectual and industrial property and are the exclusive property of CONSULTORÍA DE INNOVACIÓN Y FINANCIACIÓN, S.L or the natural or legal persons to be designated. By acquiring a product, iplusf.com does not confer the purchaser any right of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication about it, iplusf.com reserves all these rights. The assignment of these rights requires the prior written consent of iplusf.com. Intellectual property extends, apart from the content included in iplusf.com, to its graphics, logos, design, images and source code used for its programming.

4. Use of service and responsibilities CONSULTORÍA DE INNOVACIÓN Y FINANCIACIÓN does not guarantee the continued availability of services, being exonerated from any kind of liability for any damage caused due to the unavailability of service due to causes beyond our control or errors in the telematics networks of data transfer. Imasefe.es is not responsible for the content of links to other websites that are not its ownership and, therefore, they cannot be controlled by that one. The customer says he knows that the information provided by iplusf.com through its services, has no legal character and it is only offered for information purposes.

5. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data. Through the handing of the email address or other personal data, a necessary requirement for the hiring of certain services, the Customers give their permission to treat these addresses and, also to use them to send promotional trade communications or advertising of services and products offered by iplusf.com. Imasefe.es makes available to its Customers the email address comunicacion@iplusf.com and phone number: +34 914445900, so that they revoke the consent given. Imasefe.es states that it complies with current regulations regarding the protection of data, including the Law 15/1999 December 13 on Protection of Personal Data and, the Royal Decree 994/1999 June 11, that develops the aforementioned Law. Imasefe.es makes available to its Customers the mentioned means of contact in the preceding paragraph to exercise these rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition guaranteed by the current legislation.

6. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction These General Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Laws.

7. Notifications All notifications, requests, petitions and other communications to be carried out by the parties in relation to these General Terms shall be presented in writing and it shall be deemed to have been duly carried out, when they have been hand-delivered or sent by regular mail to the home address of the other party or email it, or to any other home address or e-mail address that for this purpose each party may designate to the other.

8. Nullity and inefficiency of the Clauses If any clause included in these General Terms be declared, in whole or in part, void or ineffective, such nullity or inefficiency will affect only to that regulation or to the part thereof that is void or ineffective, subsisting the General Terms on everything else, taking such regulation, or the part of it that was affected, as not put. LEGAL NOTICE iplusf.com cannot assume any liability due to the improper, inappropriate or illicit use of the information published on the Internet pages of iplusf.com.

With the limits set by law, iplusf.com does not assume any liability due to the lack of veracity, integrity, updating and accuracy of the data or information contained in its websites.
